Holiday Cooking Classes
Saturday, December 7th, 3-5pm
In this class, we will touch upon Ayurvedic Wisdom as we mindfully explore how just 5 (or 6) ingredients can be used to create 12 different recipes used for various “treats”. With a few more ingredients, 10 additional variations to keep the variety coming!
The focus is to address the taste “sweet” in a fun and healthier manner. Here, we will dabble with chocolate, fudge, caramel sauce & date paste and their many uses. While the ingredients are gluten free, soy free, dairy free, sugar free and vegetarian (bringing honey for taste-testing), please note, they do include nut butter.
