Introduction to Ayurveda

4 week class held on Saturday afternoons, from February 1st to February 29th 2020. Content included friendly and informative course to learn and connect to your personal dosha in terms of lifestyle suggestions, personality impacts and foods that inspire your personal healing. Jennifer taught the course with fun games and food tasting to make it easy and fun to learn.

Holiday Cooking Classes

Saturday, December 7th 2019,  3-5pm

In this class, we touched upon Ayurvedic Wisdom as we mindfully explored how just 5 (or 6) ingredients can be used to create 12 different recipes used for various “treats”. With a few more ingredients, 10 additional variations kept the variety coming!

The focus addressed the taste “sweet” in a fun and healthier manner. Here, we will dabbled with chocolate, fudge, caramel sauce & date paste and their many uses. While the ingredients are gluten free, soy free, dairy free, sugar free and vegetarian (bringing honey for taste-testing), please note, they do include nut butter.
