Wellness is my primary focus.

I run extensive labs to find the underlying cause of your chronic pain, sexual wellness concerns, and ongoing ailments that have kept you from living your best life. Given that too many of us have medicine and spice cabinets full of supplements. Also, running in-depth labs helps us hone in on which supplements you actually need and which ones you only need temporarily. From time to time, medication is necessary. However, most of the time what is needed is just a gentle detox to reset the body. In addition, the right supplements and sometimes hormone replacement is what is needed to get you to your best life.

First visit is $375 and please plan 2 hours for the visit.

Firstly, we will have a phone consultation prior to scheduling your first visit. Also, you will receive a requisition form to complete extensive labs so we can discuss them on your very first visit. Your insurance will pay for all the labs I order. If you don’t have insurance, or you have an high deductible, we have affordable lab options. We can also discuss if any imaging or further diagnostic orders are necessary.

Each additional visit is $275

I will always schedule your follow ups for 1 hour. Comparatively, we are all so different in our health needs. Given that, I want to always have enough time to change the plan if needed and answer questions or concerns. Surely, I do my best to leave enough time for everyone to talk, so I encourage you to come to the visit with a list of questions. Also, please feel comfortable with your treatment plans and so we can avoid booking back-to-back appointments. After that, I ask that all appointments be pre-paid at the time of booking as we usually enjoy the appointment time together as I prefer to not discuss finances. In case there is a difference to be paid, then I will ask to collect the difference at the end of the appointment.

Trigger Point Pain Management Treatments:

Why not just stop the pain once and for all?!? Pain management is very personal for me, as I have also suffered with chronic pain. By comparison, prolo injections, trigger point muscle injectionsm and PRP/stem cell joint injections have been some of the most effective ways to get back range of motion and body function. This is also known to help treat pain that is not operable and even prevent or prolong the need for surgery. Additionally, trigger point treatment is how I actually started to get my pain under control and regain my body’s movement after suffering 4 years of a difficult recovery after 2 hip surgeries. It works! For the most part, you likely will need 2-5 treatments for muscle pain. A small few may need on going maintenance treatments, but they are far and few between. If there is an inflammatory process involved in causing your pain, we will see it in the lab work and can offer the correct supplements or detoxification protocols to reduce or eliminate the inflammation.

Regenerative Joint Injections:

I came upon this after having 2 hip surgeries that left me in more pain. I was taking steroid injections for comfort once a year. This was despite knowing that it could cause joint deterioration, increased blood sugar, and even a weakened immune system. After that, I knew there had to be a better way, and there is!

To sum up, PRP (platelet rich plasma) and stem cell injections helped me get my joint pain under control.
